Sensors

The system can work with any type of sensor of different manufacturers to meet the technical specification of the project. It also can be installed in existing systems with hardware provided by the customer.

Communications

IcaroNet can communicate with the sensors installed in the airport by different means according to the installation needs, as Ethernet, RS485, radio links, etc.
The System Central Unit acquires the information, which is managed by the Communication Control Unit, regardless of the means of connection.

Management and visualization

The system has information management terminals to be used by operators and meteorologists.
System configuration, historical data exploitation etc. is accessed from these terminals.
Tower operators and other departments, can access the information in real time through the system monitors.
