Overview
The unit TM-03 -Mobile Terminal- and SC-03 -road sensors – along with fixed stations and a management software -Hermes- make up a system for road winter maintenance support and weather forecasting assistance.
TM-03 Mobile station
The unit TM-03 receives and validates the information from sensors, stores data in the internal memory and send them through GPRS to a Control Centre.
It has keyboard, display and status monitoring leds. Also includes a GPS receiver and integrated antenna for positioning.
equipment configuration and assessment request can be achieved by SMS.
Time synchronism is carried out automatically either through GPS or IP.
SC-03 Road sensors
The unit SC-03 is made of:
Waterproof enclosure that host the electronics.
Air temperature and humidity sensor, infrared road temperature sensor.
The sensors are interchangeable, so they can be replaced without recalibrate the unit.
Mechanical support that holds the assembly to the vehicle body by magnets and retaining strap.
Power supply and signal output are connected by cable and connector.
